You'll make local deliveries throughout the area while representing a respected, family-owned company that has been serving New England for more than 70 years. Requirements

1–2 years of delivery driving and/or warehouse experience
Experience operating a 26-foot box truck
Clean driving record
Strong commitment to safe driving and workplace safety
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Safely operate a 26-foot box truck and pickup truck for local deliveries
Deliver plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, bath, and specialty products to customers
Safely load and unload products using liftgates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Handle specialty and luxury showroom products with care
Verify orders and ensure deliveries are accurate and complete
Follow daily delivery schedules and communicate with the Branch/Warehouse Manager
Provide professional, friendly service at every customer stop
Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition
Assist with warehouse operations when not making deliveries
