About The Position
This full-time position involves making deliveries of Lubricant bulk products to customer sites. The role requires strict adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as company operational and safety policies. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate truck and delivery logs, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and communicating customer needs to relevant departments. The position may involve occasional out-of-town travel to complete routes and may require performing other warehouse and driving-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for the position.
- Must possess and maintain a valid tanker endorsement as required for the position.
- Must have a driving record that meets the Company's driver qualification standards and applicable insurance eligibility requirements.
- Must successfully complete a Department of Transportation (DOT)-required pre-employment drug test in accordance with applicable federal regulations.
- Must meet and maintain all applicable DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) medical qualification requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Will be subject to DOT/FMCSA-required random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with applicable federal regulations.
- Must demonstrate the ability to provide professional, courteous, and effective customer service while interacting with customers, coworkers, and the public.
Responsibilities
- Making deliveries of Lubricant bulk products to customer sites in compliance with state and federal regulations and all company operational and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining truck and delivery logs in compliance with state and federal regulations; conduct required pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Communicating customer needs and inquiries to appropriate departments for follow up.
- Performing duties until route is complete with occasional out of town travel.
- Performing other related duties, tasks and responsibilities in warehouse and driving as required, assigned or requested.
