About The Position

The Non-CDL Driver represents Lansing on the front line, providing outstanding customer service while splitting time between deliveries and warehouse work. The role involves interacting with customers and crews at job sites, keeping the warehouse clean and orderly, and continually striving to improve service. This is a flexible, hands-on position; associates may also be asked to perform other duties such as cycle counts, inventory, or inside sales. The day usually begins around 7:00 AM, sometimes earlier, and ends at approximately 4:30 PM. Hours may vary by location, and weekend work is generally not expected. CDL reimbursement and pre-payment programs are available for qualified associates.

Requirements

Have a clean driving record.
Have forklift experience and forklift certification.
Be able to work independently with efficiency and focus and contribute as part of a larger team.
Be able and willing to lift boxes weighing up to 80 pounds.
Have strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude.
Have at least one year of driving experience.
