About The Position

Micro Center is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to support store and warehouse operations. The role combines local box-truck deliveries, transfers, and pickups with warehouse work such as receiving, loading, inventory handling, and quality control. The associate also provides professional, customer-focused service during deliveries and interactions with internal teams.

Requirements

Basic maintenance knowledge of box trucks.
Experience driving a box truck in a delivery, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Strong counting, inventory accuracy, and quality-control skills.
Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise safely, including heavier items.
Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-service mindset and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries, transfers, and pickups.
Load, secure, unload, and verify merchandise for deliveries and transfers.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Receive, stage, move, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse or store.
Count inventory and verify quantities against paperwork.
Perform quality-control checks to confirm merchandise is correct, complete, and free of damage.
Promptly report delivery, inventory, equipment, or product discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Provide professional, customer-focused service during deliveries and interactions with internal teams.
