The Driver will be expected to transport, deliver, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a 26' box truck. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service. This is a team environment, and the driver must be willing and able to work alongside teammates both in warehouse and on jobsites to achieve excellent on time and in full delivery.

Requirements

2 years commercial truck driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License Preferred
Multi-drop delivery experience a plus
Handheld scanner experience a plus

Responsibilities

Transport, deliver, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a 26' box truck.
Maintain ELD daily, and performing pre & post-trip evaluations of company trucks
Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed
Communicate with back-end office personnel and customers to ensure timely delivery
Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines
Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site
Load and unload truck
Work alongside teammates both in warehouse and on jobsites to achieve excellent on time and in full delivery
Follow all safety procedures and all company policies
Other duties as assigned
