About The Position

Daniels Tire Service, with over 110 years in business, is seeking to add a couple of route Delivery Drivers to its Fleet at the Santa Fe Springs, CA location. This role primarily involves driving a 24-26 foot Box Truck/Bobtail and delivering/picking up Passenger & Light Truck tires, as well as various large Commercial Truck tires to company locations throughout Southern California. The position is labor-intensive, requiring daily heavy lifting of new, used, and junk Commercial tires, regardless of weather conditions. Successful candidates will also be responsible for completing and submitting paperwork daily.

Requirements

VALID Class B or C - CA Drivers' License
Experience driving a 24-26 foot Box Truck/Bobtail
Experience delivering/picking up Passenger & Light Truck tires, as well as various large Commercial Truck tires
Experience assisting with the loading and unloading of new, used, and junk Commercial tires
Experience completing paperwork
High school or equivalent (Required)
Box Truck driving: 3-5 years (Required)
Clean driving record: 3-5 years (Required)
Route Delivery: 3-5 years (Required)
Loading / Unloading: 1 year + (Required)
Day Shift availability (Required)

Responsibilities

Deliver/pick up Passenger & Light Truck tires, as well as various large Commercial Truck tires to company locations throughout Southern CA.
Assist with the loading and unloading of new, used, and junk Commercial tires - into and out of the trucks at our Warehouse and at the destinations.
Complete paperwork and have it signed and turned in every day.
