About The Position

We are looking for a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves hand-sorting Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection, reclaiming customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy, and meeting production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will also follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals and support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership. A clean and organized workspace is expected, and there may be opportunities to operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).

Requirements

Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
