Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Assemble and build boxes according to production specifications
- Prepare materials and organize workstations for daily production
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain production flow and meet daily output goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed
