About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of the production process. The role involves monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed, notifying the supervisor of any required maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This is a Class 3 management level position.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently.
• Must be able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain a Forklift license.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
