About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a Box Loader/Unloader for their West Jordan, Utah location. This is an in-person role with performance-based pay, averaging $16-$25 per hour, with high performers earning $25-$35 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional weekend work. This role involves physically demanding work with repetitive lifting in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Lift and carry 5–50 pounds repeatedly
• Perform continuous physical work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
• Relocation to the West Jordan area before starting

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor into trailers
• Scan packages with a handheld scanner
• Move cages between staging areas
• Organize and secure trailer loads
• Unload boxes from trailers onto conveyors
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment
