About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This is a physically demanding position suited for individuals who work well in fast-paced environments and are motivated by performance-based compensation. As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will play an essential role in the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of freight into and out of trailers. Successful candidates must be dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain a consistent pace in a high-volume work environment.

Requirements

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry packages weighing 5–50 lbs.
Ability to perform sustained physical activity for extended periods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

Hand-load boxes from conveyor systems into trailers using floor-loading techniques.
Scan packages accurately using handheld scanning devices.
Move cages to and from designated staging areas.
Organize and secure freight to maximize trailer space and maintain load stability.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Unload boxes from trailers onto conveyor systems.
Scan and sort packages accurately into designated cages.
Maintain consistent speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Safely handle and move freight throughout the loading and unloading process.
Follow established safety and quality-control procedures.
