About The Position

We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in getting the job done right. This role requires consistent physical activity and is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team. The compensation is performance-based, with the opportunity to earn approximately $200–$250 per day, averaging $16–$25+ per hour. High performers can significantly increase their earnings through effort and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 5–50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers
• Scan packages using a handheld scanner
• Move cages between staging areas and loading zones
• Load trailers safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor belts
• Scan packages during the unloading process
• Sort boxes into designated cages and staging areas
