About The Position

The Bowling Lanes Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the Sports and Recreation department, including food and beverage service (serving alcohol). This role requires basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting bowling machines and preferred computer skills with the AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain daily records. Secondary responsibilities include daily and weekly cleaning of lanes, machines, and the work area, daily preparation for guest service, and assisting guests with bowling monitors, balls, lanes, and video games.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Excellent grammar and verbal skills
Friendly and positive attitude
Maturity and self assurance
Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
Daily record keeping and inventory
Ability to make mature decisions
Flexibility to work varied schedules that are adjusted daily
Heavy and light cleaning
