About The Position

At WOW Zone, the Bowling Customer Service Desk is the heartbeat of our guest experience. As a Bowling Customer Service team member, you are the first point of contact and play a crucial role in setting the tone for a fantastic visit. We are currently seeking a shift lead closer for coverage Thursday through Sunday evenings. Shift times will vary in the time frame of 4:00pm - 12:00am. The WOW! Manage incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers and addressing their needs efficiently.
Inform guests about ongoing promotions and special offers to enhance their visit and encourage participation in various activities.
