About The Position

As a Fry Cook, you'll play a crucial role in a fast-paced kitchen, specializing in fried foods.

Requirements

  • Basic cooking techniques.
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment (including deep fryers and grills).
  • Food handler's card.
  • Physical stamina to stand for the entire shift.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary training or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the frying station by setting it up at the beginning of your shift and breaking it down at the end.
  • Help with food preparation tasks, such as cutting ingredients and organizing supplies.
  • Cook food items in the deep fryer according to customer orders.
  • Occasionally assist on the grill when needed.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Ensure proper organization of ingredients and supplies in the walk-in freezer.
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
