About The Position
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) derived contingent role/partner search for a Boutique Hotel Architect & Engineering Team Lead. The role involves leading site-specific architecture, engineering, code, entitlement, parking/access, permitting, construction documents, and design-phase services for a boutique hotel project in Caldwell, Idaho. The client is the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and the prime is FuntoNetwork Corporation, with this role acting as a licensed design subcontracting partner.
Requirements
- Idaho professional licensing or documented ability to provide an Idaho-licensed team
- Comparable boutique hotel and mixed-use project experience
- Demonstrated code, entitlement, accessibility, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Signed integrity disclosure and commitment letter
- Proposal WBS and story-point coverage
Responsibilities
- Develop site plan, massing, architecture, engineering, and public-realm concept
- Resolve parking, access, servicing, circulation, and guest arrival
- Coordinate design development and interdisciplinary engineering
- Prepare permit and construction documents and close review comments
