Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Computer skills.
  • Interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly.
  • May have to deal with some stressful situations.
  • Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, management or other relevant training.
  • Knowledge of other languages.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the smooth daily operation of the boutique by welcoming all clients (VIP, massage therapy & care clients, and product purchasers).
  • Orient customers, identify their needs, and personalize their experience.
  • Offer advice to customers for product purchases.
  • Support other teams to ensure customer experience meets company standards.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality service.
  • Answer questions about in-store products and massage therapy/treatment services.
  • Recognize and create sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an orderly appearance in the boutique.
  • Greet massage therapy and health care clients and accompany them to their appointments.
  • Manage the cash register and various customer payment tools.
  • Produce daily reports.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction with the Spa Experience.
  • Participate in the optimization of the scheduling of massage rooms.
  • Perform any other related task requested by their immediate superior or required by their duties.
