27 Bottoming Operator
About The Position

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Bottomer Operator for our Sibley location. This position is to efficiently and safely operate the machine for maximum production of defect-free pinch-seal multiwall bags. Efficient, productive operation of the machine with no defective product getting to the customer is critical to a profitable operation. The customer expects a product that is in spec and will run efficiently on their equipment and perform as expected in the marketplace. Operators have the responsibility to accomplish this on their machine and provide their in-house customers with a product that they can work with. In the absence of the Bottoming Operator, the designate of the Production Manager, will assume the responsibilities of this position.
