About The Position

The Bottling Operator is responsible for performing bottling and processing operations in a high quality, safe, and efficient bottling and processing facility. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high attention to detail, and a team mindset. Having the ability to be aware of issues and participate in problem solving activities will be important as unforeseen equipment issues may arise throughout the normal operation day. This role requires the individual to be a strong team-player, with the desire for knowledge, growth and advancement.

Requirements

• 1 year of manufacturing experience required
• Detail Oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
• Displays strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Above-average reading and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
• Demonstrated mathematical skills for basic calculations.
• Ability to learn quickly and support the plant’s process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• As part of a team, performs multiple bottling operations for a variety of spirits to achieve the company goals and objectives.
• Gains a strong understanding of all equipment utilized in the bottling facility and their operations and setup. This position may assist maintenance personnel when needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying with all sanitation and cleaning schedules. PPE will be required for personal safety and food handling practices.
• Ensures all safety rules and regulations are followed and investigates and communicates all accidents in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
• Monitors operation for abnormal conditions and participates in resolving issues when they occur.
• Reads, comprehends, and complies with all production operation directives and procedures. Suggests improvements to processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.
