The Bottling Line Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facility systems within a high-speed liquid bottling and beverage manufacturing environment. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, adjustment, and inspection of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and utility systems. The Mechanic supports liquid processing, filling, capping, labeling, conveying, packaging, palletizing, and other automated production equipment, as well as plant utilities including industrial ammonia refrigeration, boilers, pumps, compressed air, water, steam, and HVAC systems. This position works closely with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Safety to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, maintain product quality and food safety, and ensure work is performed in accordance with CGWC procedures, GMPs, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
