About The Position
As a Bottling Associate, you’ll help keep operations running efficiently by supporting all aspects of the bottling line, including material handling, quality inspection, packaging, and equipment support. This role offers hands-on manufacturing experience, opportunities to build new skills, and a consistent 4-day workweek schedule with overtime opportunities as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Nice To Haves
- 1 + years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, or other industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Support bottling line operations including case feeding, bottle feeding, inspection, packing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards while identifying and reporting safety concerns or operational issues.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality expectations and production schedules.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support team performance.
- Build positive working relationships across teams while maintaining professional and respectful communication.
