About The Position

As a Bottling Associate at Atomic Brands, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for operating and maintaining our bottling line equipment to ensure the efficient packaging of spirits products. Your attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our production process and the delivery of high-quality spirits to our customers.

  • Prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects, including cases of spirits products

Responsibilities

  • Maintain bottling equipment
  • Generate and maintain filler recipe log
  • Evaluate packaging for compatibility with bottling equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels of “non-inventory” production-related items
  • Set up bottling equipment for specific products
  • Schedule temporary workforce based on labor targets from the Production Manager
  • Keep track of the temporary workforce
  • Operate bottling equipment for bottling as scheduled
  • Complete daily blending of products as scheduled
  • Complete sanitization of the production area as scheduled
  • Assist with daily blending operations as necessary
  • Assist with lab projects as necessary
  • Assist with finished orders for shipping
  • Organize and maintain the production areas
  • Complete other safe task as assigned by management
  • Use of appropriate logs and procedures for Shipping and Receiving, Raw Material Testing, Ingredient Blending, Ingredient Storage, Allergen Segregation and Handling, Glass and Brittle Plastics, GMP, Production-Area Sanitation and Cleaning
