About The Position

The Bottling and Packaging Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining and setting up automated bottling and packaging equipment to fill, seal, label, and prepare fuel additives in various container sizes. This role also includes shipping and inventory responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated systems and strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED recommended.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
Experience with automated bottling and packaging equipment.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software.
Good communication and time management skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Operate, set up and maintain automated and non-automated bottling and packaging equipment.
Bottle all product lines in various package sizes.
Build boxes, label containers, and package finished products.
Palletize and prepare orders for shipping.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure packaging accuracy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams.
Participate in production meetings and yearly inventory.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with minor equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Crosstrain as needed
