About the Booths & Dispatch Supervisor Position: The Booth & Dispatch Supervisor position is a part of UW-Madison Division of Facilities Planning and Management’s (FP&M) Transportation Services Department/ This position is responsible for supervising, scheduling and maintaining booth operations for seventeen (17) parking structures across the campus. The position will supervise operations of the staffed lots and ramps on campus and act as a liaison between the department and the general public. The Booths & Dispatch Supervisor in this position is responsible for the daily cash reconciliation of the cashier positions for which it supervises. Duties are performed under the general supervision of the UW Program Specialist Supervisor, Booths Manager. The University of Wisconsin Transportation Services is committed to the highest standard of customer relations principles for its customers, fellow staff members and visitors. Staff will serve as role models by practicing exemplary behavior when working with customers and fellow staff members. Ongoing/Renewable Full-Time: 100% FTE Hours generally scheduled Wednesday to Sunday 10:00PM to 8:30AM. Occasional nights, weekends and holidays may be required for this position. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.
