About The Position

Provident Financial Management is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to work collaboratively on a team in a fast-paced environment. The firm provides tax, accounting, and financial management services to entertainers, musicians, and other high-net-worth clients, and expects employees to uphold high standards of client service, professionalism, discretion, and integrity. The position is based in the Nashville office and requires on-site attendance Monday through Friday. Standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility available. The annualized base salary range is $45,000–$55,000. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and skill set. Compensation may also include an annual cash bonus and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). The job title may change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.

Requirements

At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
Familiarity with general ledgers.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with people across all levels of the organization.
