About The Position

This role requires an experienced individual to handle bookkeeping, accounting, and finance tasks within a manufacturing environment. The position demands the ability to understand and interpret complex instructions, perform detailed numerical work accurately, and manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to work on concurrent projects, maintain high proficiency under pressure, and possess strong communication skills for coordinating work and troubleshooting potential problems. A key aspect of this role involves visualizing finished projects and contributing to productivity enhancements. The ability to work productively with all areas of the organization is essential.

Requirements

Accurate knowledge, understanding of, and ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office, CDS, GroupWise, Quick Books, and other applicable software packages.
Accurate knowledge of and demonstrable skills in interpersonal communication and conflict management.
High degree of professional behavior, appearance, work ethic, attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
Ability to manage stress constructively.
Ability to maintain a positive, even temperament during periods of frustration, ambiguity, and change.

Responsibilities
