About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As our Bookkeeper, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience
  • Enjoy working with numbers and catching the small details others miss
  • Organized and can juggle multiple priorities
  • Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in a team environment and enjoy helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Processing accounts receivable and communicating with customers
  • Setting up and maintaining customer records
  • Reviewing and completing vendor credit applications
  • Performing daily bank matching and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with cash receipt processing
  • Supporting general accounting activities and special projects
  • Helping ensure our financial records remain accurate and up to date
