About The Position

Bucks County Technology Park is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to support daily financial operations across multiple companies. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive team environment, values stability, and prefers a small-office setting. The position offers broad exposure to multiple accounting functions and the opportunity to become a trusted member of the organization. Reporting to the Accounting Manager this position supports the day-to-day accounting operations of multiple companies, including reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation. The Bookkeeper/Accountant will help maintain accurate financial records, support month-end close activities, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with third-party payroll providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reconciliations, schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and related reporting.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting processes.
  • Provide bookkeeping support, including credit card reconciliations, receipt tracking, transaction reporting and special projects.
  • Maintain accounting records and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
