About The Position

The Education Booking Specialist makes outbound calls to hair salons across the United States to schedule professional haircutting and styling education classes with nationally recognized educators. The role involves connecting with salon owners and managers, introducing education opportunities, securing bookings for traveling educators, and helping the education team fill educators’ schedules. The position is part-time with a hybrid schedule: work in the office one or two days per week and remotely on the remaining workdays. The stated schedule is Tuesday through Friday. Compensation is hourly, starting at applicable minimum wage, with a $20 bonus for each class successfully booked and completed and an opportunity to increase earnings based on booking performance. The posting also lists compensation of up to USD 17 per hour.

Responsibilities
