About The Position
Sanders Fine Portraits is seeking closers for a fully remote, full-time Booking Specialist role. This position is crucial for the studio's growth, focusing on converting warm leads into confirmed appointments. The ideal candidate will handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls, overcome objections, build urgency, and possess a relentless drive to win. This role is for individuals with thick skin, a strong will to succeed, and the ability to turn a "no" into a "yes," offering the potential for a significant income based on performance.

- High energy and enthusiasm for every call.
- Sales confidence, including comfort discussing money and guiding decisions.
- Speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment with high call volume.
- Strong organization skills for managing leads, notes, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coachability and a desire to improve, with the ability to implement feedback immediately.
- Previous phone sales, appointment-setting, hospitality, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Making high-volume outbound calls and responding quickly to inbound leads from individuals who have interacted with the brand and expressed interest.
- Overcoming objections related to timing, pricing, and commitment by using professional persistence to secure appointments.
- Building rapport, creating excitement, and communicating the value of the studio's portrait experience to prospective clients.
- Turning qualified leads into scheduled clients, clearly communicating expectations, and collecting any required booking payment.
- Managing pipeline and follow-up activities efficiently to ensure a consistent studio schedule.
