Responsibilities

• Research hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations based on client preferences and travel needs
• Compare room categories, property amenities, locations, and available vacation options
• Assist with hotel, resort, and vacation package reservations
• Research destinations and help clients identify suitable travel options
• Coordinate additional travel arrangements, including transportation, activities, and excursions when requested
• Organize booking confirmations, itineraries, and important travel information
• Communicate with clients regarding reservation details, updates, and important deadlines
• Assist with reservation modifications and travel changes when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized client and booking information
• Stay informed about hotels, resorts, vacation destinations, and available travel resources
• Provide professional support throughout the vacation planning and booking process
