About The Position
Aladdin Bail Bonds is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Bond Coordinator to support its bail bond operations. The coordinator helps process and manage bail bond transactions while supporting compliance with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves communicating with clients and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, monitoring deadlines, and supporting efficient case management. Aladdin Bail Bonds operates 24/7 and describes its service as fast and dependable. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing and management of bail bond transactions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate communication with clients, attorneys, courts, and other stakeholders throughout the bail process.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of bonds issued, payments received, and case statuses.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required documentation for bonds and related legal procedures.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure necessary follow-ups and renewals are handled promptly.
- Collaborate with bail agents and internal teams to resolve issues and support efficient case management.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer service to clients navigating the bail bond process.
