Requirements
- 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
- Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- EPA certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Nice To Haves
- NATE certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional training and development
