About The Position

This position is for a Boiler Operator specializing in High Pressure Boilers at THREE RIVERS ENERGY. The role involves the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment, including Superior package boilers, deareator, cooling tower, and water systems. A key aspect of the role is ensuring continuous facility operation, maintaining accurate spare parts inventory, and adhering strictly to plant safety procedures and food safety regulations for food-grade production processes. The operator is expected to work collaboratively within a team structure and report directly to the Production Manager.

Requirements

State of Ohio, High Pressure Boiler Operator License required
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Safe work history is a requirement
Use knowledge of water chemistry to operate, maintain and troubleshoot Superior package boilers, deareator, cooling tower and water systems
Use skills to ensure continuous operation of the facility

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Delta T setting will be given priority (Superior package boilers)
Knowledge of Mapcon maintenance management system and data entry for work orders, maintenance scheduling, and inventory

Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes
