About The Position
Agri-Mark, a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history rooted in farmer values, is seeking a regular, full-time 2nd shift Boiler Operator. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous operation of high-pressure steam boilers, which supply all the steam necessary for milk product production and the cleaning of production lines and vessels. Requirements
- Associated Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensing: 2nd Fireman License (to be kept current).
- Associated Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensing: Wastewater License (to be kept current and may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment).
- Schedule flexibility necessary.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shift, as required by business needs.
- Overtime, holiday work and shift rotation will be mandatory at times.
Responsibilities
- Continuous operation of high-pressure steam boilers.
- Ensuring the plant has all the steam needed for milk product production.
- Providing steam for cleaning of production lines and vessels.
