About The Position
The Boiler Operator Red is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers within a facility, ensuring continuous steam and hot water supply to meet operational demands. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Boiler Operator Red certification/license as required by state regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating industrial boilers or related equipment.
- Strong understanding of boiler operation principles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and operational procedures.
- Technical skills daily to operate and adjust boiler controls, ensuring systems run efficiently and safely.
- Analytical skills are essential for diagnosing operational issues and implementing effective solutions to prevent downtime.
- Strong communication skills facilitate clear reporting and coordination with maintenance teams and management.
- Attention to detail is critical when performing inspections, logging data, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain compliance and prevent accidents.
- Problem-solving abilities enable the operator to respond swiftly to emergencies and optimize boiler performance under varying operational conditions.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler systems, including starting, stopping, and adjusting controls to maintain proper pressure and temperature levels.
