About The Position

As a Back of House Crew Member (BOH) for Traditions Hospitality Group you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage procedures.
