About The Position

Ciocca Collision of Sellersville is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated collision technician to join its growing team. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to customers and the community while pursuing career and financial goals. The work includes inspecting vehicles, identifying repair needs, and adjusting, replacing, and repairing vehicle components. Welding, suspension, and framework experience are a plus, though training may be available for candidates willing to learn. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with hourly flat-rate pay.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ASE certifications or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.

Nice To Haves

• Welding, suspension, or framework experience, or willingness to learn and train.
• ASE certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair, and State Vehicle Inspector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repairs; review repair orders, work orders, and the Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; and notify a supervisor of repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair equipment, including sheet metal, fiberglass and panels, fabrication and structural welding, body-component installation and alignment, and electrical and mechanical components.
• Teardown and inspect vehicles for additional or hidden repairs.
