About The Position

Ciocca Collision of Red Lion is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated collision technician to join its team. The role offers the opportunity to support customers and the community while pursuing career and financial goals in a supportive, collaborative work environment. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and pays an hourly flat rate.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ASE certifications or equivalent experience, with eagerness to improve.
• Welding, suspension, and framework experience, or willingness to learn and train.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred ASE certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair, and State Vehicle Inspector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repairs; review repair orders, work orders, and Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; and notify a supervisor of repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair equipment, including sheet metal, fiberglass and panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment of body components, and electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Teardown vehicles and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
