Requirements

Proven experience as a professional Body Technician in a collision repair environment
Expert-level skills in structural and non-structural repairs
Ability to perform high-quality metal work, panel replacement, and body alignment
Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Consistent record of top-quality workmanship with minimal rework
Pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and accountability

Responsibilities
