We are hiring an experienced Body Shop Technician / Collision Repair Technician to perform structural and non-structural repairs on commercial trucks, buses, and fleet vehicles. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail. As a Body Shop Technician, you will repair collision damage, replace panels, perform frame and structural repairs, complete metal fabrication work, and prepare surfaces for refinishing. Requirements

Strong welding and metal fabrication skills.
Ability to read repair estimates and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

5+ years experience as a body shop technician or collision repair technician
Experience repairing commercial trucks, buses, or heavy-duty vehicles
CDL preferred
I-CAR or industry certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on commercial trucks and buses.
Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors, hoods, and components.
Complete frame straightening and structural alignment using appropriate equipment.
Perform welding, metal fabrication, and panel fitting.
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, grinding, and masking.
Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate with estimators or service advisors.
Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
