Requirements

Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Certification from an accredited automotive body repair program is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform collision repairs, including body panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle damage and determine repair procedures
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety standards to ensure quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress and timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Complete all repairs within the flat rate time guidelines, ensuring productivity and profitability
