About The Position

The Body Shop Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous auto body repair experience required
• Ability to use body shop tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Welding and frame experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform body repairs including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle components
• Perform welding, grinding, sanding, and metal finishing as needed
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
• Work closely with estimators and management to complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
