About The Position

Bell Ford Collision Center is seeking Body Shop Technicians to repair vehicles thoroughly and safely to their pre-accident condition, following written repair orders with efficiency and accuracy. Technicians disassemble vehicles to help estimators assess damage and prepare complete repair plans, identify needed repairs, assist with sourcing parts, and determine whether damaged parts can be safely repaired to reduce cost and cycle time. They keep assigned vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery and follow quality-control and safety requirements, including maintaining an organized workplace, using required safety equipment, and disposing of hazardous waste properly. The role is based at Bell Ford Inc in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a day-shift position.

Requirements

Two or more years of related experience as a Collision Repair Technician.
Ability to perform mechanical and framework work.
Must have own tools.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR certifications in auto body repair.
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software.
Ability to produce top-quality results and take pride in work.
Positive attitude.

Return tools, materials, parts, and equipment to designated areas or carts.
Follow hazardous-waste disposal requirements.
