Requirements
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician preferred.
- Knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read repair estimates and follow repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must provide own tools required for the trade.
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicle bodies to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Replace and repair panels, frames, and structural components.
- Perform dent removal, welding, grinding, and metal finishing.
- Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming.
- Use measuring and alignment equipment to ensure accurate repairs.
- Work closely with estimators, painters, and other team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
