Requirements

  • Automotive body repair experience and/or degree from accredited technical college is required
  • Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required
  • Knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and follow repair orders and work with repair plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • I-Car Training preferred
  • Previous experience in collision repair or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Repairs: Perform bodywork, including dent repair, welding, and panel replacement.
  • Conduct repairs according to OEM standards and repair plans.
  • Install and align replacement parts and components.
  • Painting Preparation: Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for paint.
  • Assist painters with priming and finishing tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain high attention to detail for guest satisfaction.
  • Shop Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
