Requirements

Automotive body repair experience and/or degree from accredited technical college is required
Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required
Knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and follow repair orders and work with repair plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Team player with effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

I-Car Training preferred
Previous experience in collision repair or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Repairs: Perform bodywork, including dent repair, welding, and panel replacement.
Conduct repairs according to OEM standards and repair plans.
Install and align replacement parts and components.
Painting Preparation: Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for paint.
Assist painters with priming and finishing tasks.
Quality Assurance: Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain high attention to detail for guest satisfaction.
Shop Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
