Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role in an automotive repair shop.
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform hands-on repairs.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, welding, and panel replacement.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare them for repair by assessing necessary materials and labor.
- Operate body shop equipment such as spray guns, welders, and paint booths safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all repairs meet company and industry quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet repair deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
