About The Position
Gurley Leep is a family-owned automotive group seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for their CARSTAR Collision Centers. This role requires expertise in structural and non-structural body repair, automotive systems, sheet metal repair, and welded panel replacement. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, produces high-quality repairs, and desires to work in a professional, well-equipped shop within a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as an Auto Body Technician.
- Ability to perform repairs independently from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality structural and non-structural collision repairs.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels.
- Complete repairs according to OEM procedures and company standards.
- Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship.
- Work closely with estimators and the production team to ensure repairs are completed on time.
