Body Shop Metal Technician
About The Position
Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring a Body Shop Metal Technician to support collision repair operations. The role requires the ability to use frame equipment in a collision repair environment, a commitment to quality and safety, and a team-first approach. The technician must have a valid driver’s license in their state of residence and an acceptable driving record. The position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The workplace is drug-free.
