Requirements
- Motivating Leader while providing a supportive atmosphere.
- Ability to encourage & foster cross-department teamwork.
- Previous Auto Body Experience.
- Educated on the DRPs & their specific requirements.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Clean Background Check & Driving Record.
- Willingness to learn & to train.
Responsibilities
- Profitability of the Collision Center
- Oversee Production & Production Manager
- Assess all Quality of Work leaving the Shop
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Maintain great working relationships with the Insurance Companies
- Ensure Safety & Environmental Compliance
